Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions



1.1 "Certificate of Analysis" or "COA." The document specifying identity, purity, potency, and other quality attributes of a Product lot.

1.2 "Manufacturing Defect." A defect causing a Product to fail to conform to COA specifications at time of shipment.

1.3 "Nonconformance." Any failure of a Product to meet its stated COA specifications on receipt.

1.4 "Products." The peptides, compounds, and other items manufactured or distributed by 312 Peptide Sciences, all of which are supplied as reference materials for laboratory research use only.

1.5 "Purchaser." The person or entity purchasing Products for laboratory research use.

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     



2. 312 Peptide Sciences's Role as Manufacturer and Supplier
 

2.1 Manufacturer Status. 312 Peptide Sciences is solely a manufacturer and supplier of research reference materials. 312 Peptide Sciences does not practice medicine, does not provide clinical services, and does not have any treatment relationship with any person.

2.2 No Clinical Involvement. Products are not supplied for administration to humans or animals. 312 Peptide Sciences does not advise on, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for, the selection of a Product for any purpose other than laboratory research, or for any use of a Product outside a research setting.

2.3 No Legal or Regulatory Advice. 312 Peptide Sciences does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Purchaser is solely responsible for determining that its intended research use is lawful in its jurisdiction.

2.4 No Warranty Expansion. No statement in Product documentation or communications is medical advice, a treatment recommendation, or a representation that any Product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals.
 

3. Eligibility and Purchaser Representations
 

3.1 Research Use. Purchaser represents that all Products are purchased for laboratory research use only, are not for human or animal consumption, and that Purchaser is a qualified researcher 18 years of age or older.

3.2 Lawful Use. Purchaser represents that its purchase, possession, storage, and use of Products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3.3 No Human or Animal Administration. Purchaser represents that it will not administer Products to humans or animals and will not supply Products to any person for that purpose.

3.4 Accuracy. Purchaser represents that the information it provides at registration, including its stated business type, is accurate, and will update it if it changes.
 

4. Purchaser's Responsibilities
 

4.1 Research Conduct. Purchaser is solely responsible for the design, conduct, and oversight of its own research, and for determining that each Product is suitable for its intended laboratory use.

4.2 Handling and Safety. Purchaser is responsible for safe handling, appropriate laboratory controls, and compliance with applicable safety and disposal requirements.

4.3 Records. Purchaser shall maintain records sufficient to demonstrate that Products were used for laboratory research purposes.

4.4 Product Nonconformance. Purchaser shall report any suspected Manufacturing Defect or Nonconformance to shipping@312peptidesciences.com within 30 days of receipt, with the product name and lot number.
 

5. Product Status and Restrictions
 

5.1 Research Use Only. Products are labeled "For Research Use Only" and are not FDA-approved for any indication. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5.2 No Unauthorized Resale. Purchaser shall not sell, distribute, or transfer Products to any third party without prior written consent, and shall not resell Products for human or animal consumption.

5.3 Storage and Handling. Purchaser shall store and handle Products per label and COA specifications.

5.4 Certificate of Analysis. 312 Peptide Sciences shall provide a COA for each Product lot upon request.

5.5 Capsule Products. Capsule products are not intended for time-release and are for transport only.
 

6. Ordering and Payment
 

All orders subject to acceptance. Payment due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Prices in U.S. dollars, subject to change with written notice.
 

7. Limitation of Liability
 

7.1 312 Peptide Sciences SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7.2 TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT.

7.3 NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, EXCEPT CONFORMANCE TO COA SPECIFICATIONS AT TIME OF SHIPMENT.
 

8. Indemnification
 

Purchaser agrees to indemnify 312 Peptide Sciences from all claims arising from: (a) use or misuse of Products; (b) any administration of Products to humans or animals; (c) violation of these Terms; (d) violation of any law; or (e) any third-party claim arising from Purchaser's use of Products.
 

9. Privacy
 

312 Peptide Sciences complies with the CCPA/CPRA. 312 Peptide Sciences does not request or collect health information, and Products are not supplied for any use that would generate it. See our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Choices for the rights available to you and how to exercise them.
 

10. Dispute Resolution
 

Good Faith Negotiation (30 days). Non-binding mediation in Cook County, Illinois. Binding JAMS arbitration in Cook County, Illinois. Governing law: State of Illinois. Class action waiver.
 

11. Term and Termination
 

Effective upon first order, continuing until terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. 312 Peptide Sciences may terminate immediately for any violation. Sections 2, 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
 

12. General Provisions
 

Entire Agreement. Severability. Waiver. Assignment restrictions. Force majeure. Notices to shipping@loopbiolabs.com. Modifications effective upon written notice.
